2) Finished in Mille Miglia red over black vinyl interior, this very solid and well sorted 1972 Corvette Roadster is a very handsome and driveable example of the ever popular C3 generation chrome bumper model. Equipped with NOM 350 CID 290 HP Chevrolet small block V-8 with aluminum LT-1 valve covers, Muncie 4 Speed transmission, 15″ Chevrolet Rally wheels with BF Goodrich T/A Radial tires, correct dual snorkel air cleaner, beautiful rear deck luggage rack, AM/FM cassette stereo, new convertible soft top, spare tire and more. This is a factory A/C car but will need a compressor and some brackets to make operational. Paint finish is a recent 2 stage application over a very straight body, no visible evidence of patch work, excellent overall appearance with only a few minor, very typical Corvette imperfections. Chrome bumpers are recent replate and in excellent condition, bright and shinny. Interior is older but shows well with slight wear showing on drivers seat and drivers door panel. Engine compartment is driver quality but overall clean and very presentable. Undercarriage is driver quality but clean, no structural rust issues. Odometer currently reads 87,885 miles, although it is possible, and due to vehicle condition very likely for this to be original miles, we do not have documentation to support an actual mileage claim. $23,900.
